Warranty

Glasses to Go Mobile Vision Care offers a one year manufacturer's warranty on all our lenses and lens coatings. Most frames have a one year manufacturer’s warranty as well.

Limited edition frames and certain manufacturers, due to the nature of their “one-of-a-kind” and “special order frame” are not covered by warranty and are therefore a considered a final sale.

 

The purchase of a “frame only” is also considered a final sale and comes with no warranty.

If you provide your own frame, please know that this is also not eligible for warrantee by us or by the lab that creates the lenses. We are happy to do the work but for us to do so is at your own risk. If you have any problems or concerns, however, we will always be there to help you in any way we can.

 

Our patients are very important to us and we want to look after you with a solution that is in your best interest should any eyewear issues arise.
