Ordering Terms

Our patients are very important to us and we want to look after you with solutions that are in our common best interest. We understand that at times people change their mind and finances, financing or optical benefits become unavailable. We realize that sometimes a request to cancel an order becomes necessary. We go out of our way to accommodate certain circumstances but sometimes a cancellation may not be possible.

Please read carefully our terms when you order glasses with us.

A restocking fee of 25% of complete order is charged upon cancellation of any order

Regular orders cannot be cancelled after 7 days

If an order was sent out to the lab and they have begun the process of creating the lenses, we are not able to cancel this (as this is their policy)

If our refund has been approved, the original receipt must be returned as per insurance and College of Opticians regulations

Damaged frames under warranty must be returned before we can issue new frames

Manufacturers have the right to substitute an alternative frame colour of the same model number under warranty (if the original colour is out of stock)

Limited edition frames are a final sale

“Frame only” are a final sale with no warranty

All sales frames are a final sale, no refunds will be given

All frame warranties are from the original invoice date, white copy provided at time of sale.

It is the patients responsibility to communicate health issues or special needs. We are not responsible for fitting issues if specific concerns are not disclosed They may include items such as, but not limited to: sensitive skin, nasal surgery, bridge sensitivity, temple allergies, light sensitives etc. These all make a difference in our recommendations.

If glasses are not picked up in 6 month’s time, they will be donated to a charity of our choice and thereby recycled or repurposed.
